Chuckie looks like he could be the member of the construction crew that holes the reversible stop-slow sign on the highway.

Kristen, he's holding a stick on the left. The red is shadows and the black in his face is his eyes and mouth. (He's not really frowning - that's just the way his mouth goes down his muzzle.)
