I'm having a little bit of trouble making out his face. Is he holding a white piece of wood?
Wow! Great image and excellent solve. I always enjoy your puzzles, Joe.#11: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 20, 2013 [SPOILER]
Chuckie looks like he could be the member of the construction crew that holes the reversible stop-slow sign on the highway.
Kristen, he's holding a stick on the left. The red is shadows and the black in his face is his eyes and mouth. (He's not really frowning - that's just the way his mouth goes down his muzzle.)#12: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Apr 20, 2013
Thanks, Teresa. He had that job, but then he threw it all away.
Aha, it makes sense now. :)
