Puzzle Description:

Hark Word (yo!)

Forkerism - a nonce word that describes a phrase where the end sounds have been transposed.

(As opposed to a Spoonerism where the initial sounds have been transposed.)

Not often used, as "Spoonerism" is often used to cover any transposition.

These are hard work. Spoonerisms trip off the tongue. The only trouble is finding a spoonerism that makes sense in its transposed form.

Exchanging the endings takes more conscious thought. And they still have to make sense...

I guess I'm a shallow person. I had to use your hints to get through this one. "Deep edge logic" to me is more like trial and error. And what does the title mean?

I solved this. I don't distinguish between what logic or guessing I use. But I still don't understand the picture. What is supposed to indicated "hark word"?

Is a "kniferism" a pun that really sticks it to you?
