quality: difficulty: solvability: line & color logic only
Puzzle Description:
A lady's index and middle fingers with red nail polish holding a cigarette. I would like to see women break free from this deadly (and unattractive) addiction. On Wednesday March 14, 2012, it's "No Smoking Day" in the United Kingdom.

This puzzle is line/color logic solvable.
This is how I solve it:
Looking at the red clues on row 10, makes R10C26 red. Then, looking at column 26, that means R4C26 is either black or a dot. This forces the red "3" clue from row 4 to the left and means R4C21 is red. With this information, all the red clues can be placed in row 10. Finishes with much simpler logic.
Amen to that!#3: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Mar 13, 2012
Of course, everyone knows that March 14 is Pi Day (3.14)

I had so much trouble getting this one started, I almost resorted to checking the comments for hints. But I finally figured out what to do, then it flowed quite nicely.
Thanks Teresa!#10: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Mar 15, 2012
I also had trouble solving this one, but I thought it was only because I'm not that good at solving multicolored puzzles.
