Thanks. I don't mind the brush work, my Dad taught me that 35 years ago, but I have trouble with the roller.

I thought the roller kinda looked like a fire extinguisher. Glad it wasn't a tool you have been using.

Cool puzzle, Joel. Thanks. I find painting a little easing on the sole, IF not too much taping is involved.

I love painting! Nice puzzle :)

Cool puzzle Joel, thank you!
I love painting, I took a builders and labourers course once, so I could get a job in an equal opportunity male dominated job, building house trusses and frames. So I finished the course, got the job, then, did the female thing and got pregnant, haha. So I sadly had to turn down the job, but I learnt how to paint a house, put up walls and ceilings, lay bricks, use many powertools, build a wooden work horse, and a few other handy things. Since then I have painted my house, built a fence, a cubby house, rabbit and guinea pig hutches, fixed and refurbished furniture, just to name a few things. So glad I took that course :)

Bravo Marz, and the rest of you girls,i love it when women take the initiative to be self sufficient, just like i believe men should be able to do what they think is "women's work". I love knowing that i can look after my family if suddenly i'm the lone parent. That's one of the things i love about Niki, when we laid a new floor in our kitchen, she was right there stripping the old tiles, and when we built a bathroom downstairs, she wanted me to let her install the new toilet and sink, with my guidance cause she had never done it before. A woman can do anything a man can do and yet still be extremely feminine, that's my kind of girl.:)

Right on Aldege! :)

Thanks, Tom, Alicia, and Marz!

I love putting things together (kinda like a puzzle!) but sometimes my husband tries to take over because he thinks it should be his job. I have to tell him to go away, and I'll let him know if I want or need his help.

Good on you Joel Lynn :)

Men can't do everything women can.

I worked as a framer on a construction crew for a little bit as a teen. I built 4 houses. I've done quite a bit of mechanic work on quite a few different vehicles. I've done a lot of plumbing work in a corporate facility. And I did 2 years of landscaping. There's been several "manly" lessons I've learned that have helped me out in my life and for awhile I was a single mom of 2 boys. I felt strong enough to raise them into great men on my own. But now that I have a good man in my life that helps with the "women" jobs like cooking and painting my toenails, gardening, grocery shopping, etc.. I know that my boys will be even better men cause they'll know how to keep a woman happy too! haha :D

You are an amazing woman Alica, well done! :)

Bravo to you too Alicia and to your husband,he is your reward for all your hard work and dedication, and now together you and your husband can enjoy the benefits that mutual respect for each other brings to a relationship. Your boys and their wives will thank you for this lesson some day.:)

Bravo to the ladies and to the smart men here. Jota's right, but we'll try not to Lord it over you guys. Nice puzzle, Joel. Hope you got through the painting and on to things you enjoy more (especially since I'm jumping in here years after the other comments were written)!
