good one kadou,the 2 properties directly across the street from me have been taken over by the bank,that's sad except for the fact that one housed drug dealers and scum in general and the guy next door was a drunk and kept the house in disrepair and untidy.We had to listen to them fight all the time.The good news is a developer bought the houses and gutted them and now they look beautiful,just like my place.Hope we get nice neighbours.

The number of foreclosures is already scary. Sure hope it doesn't get worse.

Apartments must be getting scarce. Hey, the banks could rent out empty houses.
