Puzzle Description:

I would go back to signing the Declaration of Independence. The picture shows the bottom of John Hancock's signature, the 'B' from Ben Franklin's and mine. The bottom is the feather used to sign the document and you see the top of 1776.

The glasses comment refers to the comment that John Hancock supposedly said about signing his name so big that the King of England could read it without his glasses.

Hola Jota. Try this one. I published it prematurely and have been working at it myself. I adjusted it a bit and now is logically solvable.
