But there's another way to look at it. You could also consider "one light" to be monochromatic and "rainbow shows" to be polychromatic. In that case, the answer depends on the meaning of "outshine". If it's related to quality rating, then you could say the answer is yes. If it's related to the WCP podium, then the answer is no.
