Puzzle Description:

Peace Corps established by President Kennedy.

#1: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Mar 1, 2011 [SPOILER]

The mission of the Peace Corps includes three goals: providing technical assistance, helping people outside the United States to understand U.S. culture, and helping Americans understand the cultures of other countries.

The stars on the flag morph into doves to the upper right of the union.

Color and edge logic.

Color logic on the red 3 in r30 to get going. A lot of color logic on the red in the lower right to keep going. (The red in c30 and c16-17 especially.)

Then edge logic on the blue 5 in c1 is the final advanced logic.

I agree with bugaboo :)
And I will refrain from making any hippie comments.

I love it! I almost passed it up, because of the question mark. Then I saw whose puzzle it was, and knew it would be good, AND solvable. Nice job, Joe.
