And there Travis was, busy fixing his friend's leaking pipes, thinking, "I wonder if I can make a puzzle out of this?" :-D

Travis is a DIY guy and a good friend.

While I could see it, the puzzle is a little small to really tell the story.

Velma, we used to have an ongoing contest where the subject matter was chosen as well as the size and number of colors. This particular contest called for a max of 15 x 15. Unfortunately we no longer have the contest and I miss it. But you can browse the contests and the winners in the Honors section. So if you have wondered about the WCP # at the beginning of the title of some of the older puzzles, that where it comes from.

Dripping sinks definitely need help. Thanks for the clever puzzle.
