but what is it? i cant rate the quality until i know what it is supposed to be

bugaboo, it's a piece of cake. the lie is the cake itself. it's a reference to the game Portal in which the player is promised cake throughout the game only to find out, at the end, that it was a lie. you can see the cake icon in the emblem set shown on this page:

I happen to know about this, only because my teenager was a Portal player at one point, and he used the phrase "The cake is a lie!" randomly from time to time until I made him explain it to me.
