Puzzle Description:

Namaste is a common Yogic greeting that originated in India. Bob and Kate learned that the gesture Namaste acknowledges the Divine spark within each of us. Namaste literally means "I bow to you." The gesture (or mudra) of Namaste is a simple act made by bringing together both palms of the hands before the heart, and lightly bowing the head. In the simplest of terms it is accepted as a humble greeting of respect straight from the heart and reciprocated accordingly.

Lovely image. What is/are the meaning of the symbols? Does that say namaste or is it simply decorative?

Oops, I forgot to mention that. Yes, that is the symbol associated with Namaste.

It is actually the word "Aum" (Om) in Hindi. Aum is a sacred symbol of several religions of India. It is used at the beginning of most Hindu writings, and it is intoned at the beginning and end of a reading of the Vedas or prior to any prayer or mantra. The three sounds (a,u,m) represent the Three Veda or stages of life: birth, life, and death.
