Puzzle Description:

... leaves no puzzle unsolved." -- Professor Layton

This is the reason I haven't been making many puzzles. Too busy solving them.

The Professor Layton series for the Nintendo DS:
PL and the Curious Village
PL and the Diabolical Box
PL and the Unwound Future (This is the newest, and the one I've been obsessed with.)

After line logic, edge logic on the 6 in c1 to continue. Then smile logic to finish

Agree with #2.

Great fun to solve. I'm not familiar with the Professor, but I agree with him whole-heartedly! :-) Thanks for taking time away from your Nintendo to make us the nice puzzle, Joe.

Always a great puzzle. Games Magazine (where I started doing PBN puzzles) had a great review of Professor Layton, and now that I've seen your comment I feel like I need to "buy my son a Christmas present" for his DS. :D

LOL, Liz. I was thinking the same thing.

I'm glad everyone likes him, he'd be very humbled.

The DS is actually my daughter's, and she's currently obsessed with the newest Pokemon game, so when I loose custody of it I have free time to be here.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.
#13: Gator (Gator) on Oct 27, 2010 [SPOILER]
I have the first two games (and yes I have beaten all of the puzzles in both). I have not picked up the third one yet, but inevitably I will at some point.

And to add - wonderful puzzle! One worthy of the professor himself.

Huh... I thought the answer would be "We Want YOU!"

Sofia - There's no stripes on his hat, and he has no beard. Plus, with that english accent, nobody should mistake him for an american.
#16: Bruce Beckett (Bruce Beatlefan) on Nov 8, 2020 [SPOILER]
From solving the top hat at the start, right up until the last fifteen or so pixels, I was convinced that I was solving a picture of Tennessee Tuxedo (I kept waiting for the hand to resolve into a bill). Generation gap strikes again; I've never heard of this Layton fellow...
