Chiming in late here...
When I got the outer bits (including the hair), I thought I might be seeing Obama, but "omen" didn't work for him. Then I thought maybe one of the Bushes? But that hair didn't look like an aging white guy with thinning hair, soooo... Then I thought, maybe Putin? Not sure about Putin's hair. Dunno this Britten guy. Good puzzle, tho!
