He has more than recovered. He is a bit of a clown, so really has fun entertaining people with a reenactment of his experience.

Ah, at least he's a good sport about it. I don't know how easily I would have gotten over it.

It's scary to think about, but it could so easily gone wrong. We all know there have been some over anxious law enforcement personnel who have pulled the trigger without justification. But, in a way you can't blame them with so many cops deliberately shot at.

You came up with a butte Norma. Very nice image and super cool event,although a bit scary. Your right that could of turned out so bad. I know there are some fast triggered cops out there but let's face it. These guys are putting themselves in harms way all the time. They have families to think about too. Far too many good cops and firefighters have died because of people with poor connections in their brains. Glad it turned out the way it did and thanks for contributing to my challenge.

Now can someone else come up with a challenge. I'm itching to make a puzzle. :)

We are seeing too many videos of take downs where a mob of police officers are all beating on the victim. Saw one recently where the "criminal" was a 103 lb young lady.

Oh, your poor grandson. How scary that must have been for him. Give him a big hug for me. Does he live with you, Norma?

I very much enjoyed the puzzle.

Thank you, Teresa. He is in his early 20's and I am sure he is getting a lot of millage out of the retelling at work and among his friends.
