An interesting use of color. I found it a challenge but with the use of color (and putting in one square at a time) I finally solved it. Thanks for the challenge.

I hope that head floating in the top right has an off-screen body still attached to it. Otherwise, we are seeing a top view of the receding body in the bottom left, the lethal war boomerang bottom centre, and the large blob of blood running off the bottom right of the picture.
