Since I can't understand the title, it was fun as the image took shape and I thought it looked like a lot of things along the way and none of them were what it turned out to be.

Partway through now. My very rusty French says the title is "Under water", but google's translator says "On the water". (I confused the prepositions.) What I see, partway through, brings to mind an astrolabe. (Look it up. ;-))

Sur is definitely ON, Sous is Under.

There is a store called Sur la Table, so I knew it was On the Water. Great pic. Michel, could you do smaller puzzles. I usually avoid yours because I have to reduce them so much, and my eyes start hurting. Loving the French. Making me bone up on what I studied in high school. I also had a date with an exchange student named Michel (Michael). Learned stuff I never learned in class :)
