We needed another small tuffy...had to sacrifice image to make it solve though. Absolutely no guessing!

Initial LL gets you pretty much nowhere....

el the 6 in r1 to dot c's 2-8, 17-19. LL

el in c17 determines the black you have is the 1 clue, so dot r's 13-18. LL

Now you have a 2 clue in c16 to find and one black already. whether the 2 goes up or down, the cross-clues make the black you have in c15 part of the 4 clue(and not the 1). This lets you make c15r13 black and c15,r's16-18 dots. LL(namely a LL dot in c14,r10...which gets more LL)

The 1 in c15 has to be in either r5 or r6. Either way, the cross-clues mean that the remaining 2 clue in c14 must be in the range of r6-8. So make c14r7 black. LL(you'll have sneaky hard to find LL dots in r7c8 and r7c11 that the "hint" tab won't show you). LL solves out...

Hmm. I thought it was going to be a diagonal owl. I like it when I'm fooled. Thank you.

Tough one.
Looks a bit like the shrunken head on the night bus in the Harry Potter movie.
