it would bring up a number of puzzles. I could select one , solve it and then hit back and I would be back on the searched list
now I get a "form resubmission "
This web page requires data that you entered earlier in order to be properly displayed. You can send this data again, but by doing so you will repeat any action this page previously performed. Press Reload to resend that data and display this page. and reload takes me to the full list of puzzles.
Have you changed browsers or browser versions?#3: lynn fullerton (lynnch) on Mar 25, 2010
Generally hitting reload on this site will put you back to the front page. That's because the site is built with frames. The menu on the left with the gray background and white background stuff that fill most of the page function like two different pages. The reload button reloads everything which puts you back at the site entrance. Depending on the browser you use, you may be able to reload just the right half of the screen by right clicking on the right side of the screen and selecting "Refesh" (in IE) or selecting "This Frame > Reload Frame" (in Firefox).
On most of the browsers I use, when they pop up the "form resubmission" warning, there is a button on that popup message that you can click to allow the resubmission. That should reload only the correct frame, not the whole page.
now it is back - see topic #216#4: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Mar 26, 2010
Lynn, the reason for the appearing/disappearing topics is that only topics that have something new to you are displayed by default.
If you want to see something you've posted to but no-one's replied yet, then in the drop-box at the top of the Forum page, instead of "New Comments for Solved Puzzles", choose "All Topics You Have Posted To" or "All Topics"
