Does ANYONE know how to enable Java Script on a browser?

That would depend on the browser, of course. Look under preferences or options.

With Firefox on a Mac I found it under Firefox --> Preferences --> Content

With Sarfari on a Mac its under Safari --> Preferences --> Security

For Internet Explorer go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Custom Level --> Scroll down to active scripting --> check enable --> click yes to change settings --> then click ok
