not days of yore in SouthEast Missouri. When we moved here and the kids were in school, we found out that it still is being done. I totally freaked.

Most of the time I do. I love teaching--it's just part of being a teacher is discipline and that's not my favorite. I love seeing someone learn something--and learning myself. There are a lot of really great kids out there no matter what anyone says. :)

i think all kids are good, its the adults around them that mess em up...they had to learn about bad

You are right there. But sometimes I think it happens before we teachers ever get them. :) I guess I just meant a lot of kids have had good parents and therefore are great young people in their own right now.

If I needed to do this, I would quit teaching. That's when I will know I am not up for the job anymore.
